No. Nomad Car Rental does not require a credit card or security deposit. You can pay for your rental in cash or by credit or debit card upon arrival.

Yes. You can cancel your reservation at any time without any cancellation fees. If your plans change, we kindly ask you to inform us as early as possible so we have enough time to make the vehicle available to another customer.

Drivers must be between 20 and 75 years old and must have held a valid driving licence for more than one year.

Drivers aged 20–23 must select the mandatory “Driver 20–23 years old” option during the online booking process. The young-driver insurance surcharge is €10 per day.

You will also need a valid passport or national identity card. Driving licences issued in the EU/EEA, UK, USA, Canada and Australia are generally accepted without an International Driving Permit. Licences issued in other countries may require an International Driving Permit or additional documentation. Please contact us before booking if you are unsure.

Our rental prices include all applicable taxes, unlimited mileage, standard CDW insurance with a €600 excess, 24/7 roadside assistance, all additional drivers and all requested child seats. There are no hidden charges.

Standard CDW insurance with a €600 excess is included in the rental price for all vehicle categories.

You can also add our optional Full Insurance package for €3 per day. This reduces the excess to €100 for drivers aged 24–75 and to €300 for drivers aged 20–23.

The Full Insurance package does not cover damage to the underside or interior of the vehicle. Theft is covered, but vandalism is not. In the event of a covered claim, the customer is liable only for the applicable excess and is not charged for the days the vehicle remains out of service.

All insurance coverage is valid only when the rental terms and Greek traffic laws are followed.

A Nomad representative will meet you at Corfu Airport arrivals holding a NOMAD sign. We will then provide a quick complimentary transfer to our office, located approximately 600 metres from the airport.

An out-of-hours charge of €20 applies to pick-ups and drop-offs between 22:00 and 08:00.

If your flight is delayed, don’t worry. We monitor all incoming flights and adjust your pick-up time accordingly, so our representative will be waiting for you when you arrive.

Yes. Vehicle delivery and collection can be arranged at hotels and other locations across Corfu. An additional fee applies depending on the location and will be calculated and confirmed after you contact us.

We operate a same-to-same fuel policy. The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as when it was collected.

If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the missing fuel will be charged accordingly. No refund is provided if the vehicle is returned with more fuel than it had at collection.

In case of a breakdown, stop the vehicle in a safe place and contact Nomad immediately. Our team provides 24/7 roadside assistance and will give you the necessary instructions.

In case of an accident, remain at the scene, contact Nomad and notify the police. Do not admit liability or arrange any repairs or towing without our approval. If possible, take photos and collect the contact and vehicle details of everyone involved. An accident report must be completed within 24 hours.

Ferrying the vehicle without our prior written approval is strictly prohibited.

Travel to mainland Greece may be permitted only with our written approval and is subject to a one-time fee of €60. Taking the vehicle outside Greece is strictly prohibited under all circumstances.
